Beckhoff Automation moves to Kennispark

Automation company Beckhoff Automation BV opened a new office at Kennispark Twente in Enschede this month. Due to the continuing growth of Beckhoff in general, but certainly also in the east of the country, Beckhoff had outgrown its old office building. A new and larger location was sought. That was found at Neptunusstraat no. 27A.

Success formula through direct presence with customers in the eastern Netherlands

The office in Enschede is a direct support point for technical support, training and implementation of automation systems in the manufacturing industry, serving Beckhoff’s ever-growing customer base.

At our new location at Kennispark, we can even better fulfill our role as a high-tech supplier of automation products, said Bernard Gerdes location manager for Enschede. Beckhoff training courses can be followed at our location in Enschede in our own training room and a demonstration of our products is possible in our demo room.

The location on the Neptunusstraat is opposite the University of Twente and is directly in the Business and Sciencepark of Kennispark Twente. Currently the team in Enschede consists of 4 employees for support, training, and sales activities.

Official opening

Beckhoff Automation would like to welcome you to their beautiful new office during the grand opening. This opening will be organized on October 6. From 15:00 you are welcome for a drink and from 17:30 there will also be delicious snacks served. Please register quickly by email (sales@beckhoff.nl).

Beckhoff already has a headquarters in Haarlem and locations in Eindhoven and Enschede. A fourth location in the northern Netherlands is planned.

For the coming period Beckhoff foresees enormous growth in the Netherlands. Especially in the Northern Netherlands there is growing activity from our customers and in the region around the University of Groningen, where many companies are opening new branches. This made Beckhoff decide to put more focus on the northern part of the Netherlands and open a new location here.

Beckhoff supplies and implements open automation systems based on PC-compatible control technology. The product portfolio includes Industrial PCs, fieldbus components, control software and drive technology. Beckhoff components and systems are used all over the world in a wide variety of applications, ranging from high-performance machines to intelligent building management systems.
