CHIP DESIGN EVENT: MICRO-ELECTRONICS AND HETEROGENEOUS INTEGRATION

In March, we welcome the Netherlands’ brightest minds in chip design for the second time to an exclusive networking and knowledge-sharing event.

It will take place on March 23, 2023 at The Gallery in Enschede and is organized by the following organizations:

• Chip Tech Twente
• OostNL
• High Tech NL Cluster Semiconductors
• Brainport Eindhoven
• PhotonDelta

PROGRAM

Prof.Dr.Ir. Bram Nauta, Prof.Dr.Ir. Kofi Makinwa and Prof.Dr.Ir. Peter Baltus will take you into the World of Micro-electronics. Each from their own expertise they will give an update on their field from a Dutch perspective. The link to heterogeneous integration will run as a thread through the program.

An important part is an interactive work session in which we ask participants about dilemmas and opportunities around the four lines of action of the National Chip Design Cluster:

1. Lab to fab (host: MESA+)
2. Tech to Market (host: Brainport)
3. Human Capital (host: Twente Board)
4. Venture Building (host: Oost NL)

A meeting where especially the input from the companies will be collected for the national strategy to strengthen microelectronics and heterogeneous integration (inter)nationally.
