Transport and parking

Car

Kennispark can most easily be reached via the highway. It is only a 12-minute drive after exiting the A35 at exit 26 Enschede-West. Do you work at Kennispark and do you need (replacement) transport quickly? Then you can use the shared cars at Kennispark.

Bike

Enschede wants to be a ‘cycling city’ by 2020, which is why the City of Enschede is investing in high-quality and safe bicycle facilities. For example, the ‘Enschede Fietst‘-app has been developed to ensure traffic lights turn green faster when cyclists approach. Kennispark is easily accessible by bike from Hengelo via the F35 bike highway. Train passengers getting off at Enschede Kennispark station can use the share bikes parked at the station in the parking hub for share bikes and share scooters.

Public transport

Kennispark has a train station, located next to the Grolsch Veste, the FC Twente football stadium. From the train station, it is a fifteen-minute walk to the University of Twente and surrounding companies. At the Enschede Kennispark station (north side) it is easy to take the bus to various locations at Kennispark.

Water

Kennispark is the endpoint of the Twentekanaal, a canal that starts in Zutphen and is a branch of the IJssel river. Twente connects carriers and companies using the name “Port of Twente” to ensure proper accessibility by water in the Eastern Netherlands. The port at Kennispark is part of the Port of Twente.

Plane

Twente Airport is used for business and recreational aviation. The airport is located at less than a 25-minute drive from Kennispark and is therefore very suitable for companies at Kennispark that receive regular visits from international customers and business relations.
