At Bundle@Kennispark, there is space on the ground floor for commercial entrepreneurs and social organisations that complement the community. The idea behind Bundle is that its users strengthen one another. They’d love to see this happen in collaboration with the entrepreneurs in the commercial ground-floor units. Are you looking for a place for your business, and would this complement your younger target audience? Who knows, Bundle might just be the place for you!
What does Bundle@Kennispark offer?

- The chance to organise activities or other community events together and for your target audience.
- 1 catering unit of over 200 m².
- 4 flexible spaces: ranging from 57 to 73 m².
- Doing business in an innovative, high-tech environment, close to the University of Twente.
Would you like to set up your business at Bundle @ Kennispark?
At Bundle, they’d be happy to tell you what matters to them. They’re primarily looking for entrepreneurs who complement the community, in whatever form that may take – from a recruitment agency to a hairdresser, and from a creative hub to a late-night shop.
Good to know: completion is expected in week 9 of 2027.
