The availability of sufficient and well-trained talent is one of the biggest challenges for the semiconductor sector. In Twente, this is being actively addressed through Project Beethoven, a regional reinforcement plan aimed at training, retraining, and retaining microchip talent.

During this kick-off meeting, you will become acquainted with the ambitions of Project Beethoven and gain insight into how educational institutions and companies are working together on a future-proof talent pipeline for the microchip sector.
