INTERNATIONAL TALENT
The labor market shortage is not solved by continuing to fish in the same pond. You can enlarge the pond with well-trained personnel from abroad. If you are taking this step to working with internationals for the first time, there is a lot to consider.
WORKING WITH INTERNATIONALS STARTERS VOUCHERS
To make this easier for you and more attractive to well-trained internationals, the Expat Center East Netherlands, part of the World Trade Center Twente, started the project “Happy to be in Twente”. Within this project vouchers have been developed that help entrepreneurs with the first steps in working with internationals. These vouchers can be used, for example, for language training, immigration formalities or the deployment of a cultural coach. In this way, a community of companies is created to exchange knowledge and experience and improve the stay rate of internationals.
