The boards of the Kennispark Ondernemers Association and the Vereniging Vastgoed en Ondernemers Kennispark (VONK) intend to merge the two associations into a single association representing the interests of all companies at Kennispark. By acting together and strengthening each other, we are building a powerful network of innovative and service-oriented companies.

In the new association, which will continue under the name Kennispark Ondernemers, we will bring together the activities and focus areas. The new association will also entail a new membership fee model that will make it attractive for companies to become part of the network and thus help develop a strong position for their own company as well as the Kennispark as a whole.

Approval of merger decision by members
At the joint General Assembly of Kennispark Ondernemers and VONK, the members approved the proposed merger decision and gave permission to implement the roadmap leading to a formal merger decision at the General Assembly in December 2024.
