Things are moving fast at the Bundle @ Kennispark construction site. This is the new international community for young, ambitious people in Enschede. From spring 2027, the community will really come to life. Of course, a community without residents isn’t a community. Lettings are about to begin. Be sure to mark ‘Kickstart @ Kennispark’ on 29 October in your diary. The first Bundle event at Kennispark!
You can apply via WoningHuren.nl from 27 October to 2 November
Is this something for you? Then apply for one of the properties via WoningHuren.nl between 27 October and 2 November. There are 161 single-occupancy studios, 12 of which are specifically for young people under 23. There are also 22 flats, suitable for two people.
To be invited to a motivational interview, you’ll need a Bundle tick. If you don’t have one yet, you can apply for it here. This is your first chance to see if Bundle is right for you.
Selection based on motivation: are you that ambitious young person with a connection to Kennispark?
Living at Bundle is therefore really different from living in a standard studio or flat. After you’ve applied for a property, we’ll send you some additional questions to check whether you meet the criteria. Tell us what your connection to Kennispark is and what you’d like to contribute to the community. You can read more about all the criteria below.
Does a motivational interview sound daunting? It doesn’t have to be. We’d love to get to know you to see if living in a community is right for you and whether you fit within the target group. The interview lasts half an hour.
You’ll bring Kennispark to life
So who exactly is Bundle @ Kennispark for? “We’re looking for young people who are willing to go the extra mile to really bring the community and Kennispark to life. So we think it’s important that you make a conscious choice to join Bundle @ Kennispark. We’ll also be looking at your connection to Kennispark,” explains Marleen van der Winkel, community builder at Bundle. “You don’t just build a community overnight. It has to grow. We’ll make sure it gets off to a good start. It’s going to be an international community, so speaking English will certainly come in handy for understanding your neighbours. We’re also looking for diversity – diversity in character, in background, In culture. In age. In educational background. In talents.” You’re making a conscious choice to have your own studio or flat, whilst living and sharing life with others. Together, you make up Bundle.
