Between mid-June and the construction industry holiday period, the plot for the Bundle@Kennispark residential building on Hengelosestraat will be prepared for construction.

The following work will be carried out during this period:
- Removal of vegetation. This work has already been largely completed. The trees have been felled.
- Partial removal of the parallel road along Hengelosestraat
- Temporary removal of the cycle path along Hengelosestraat. Due to the construction of the sewer and safety during the construction of the residential building, this cycle path will be closed for a long period of time. This is expected to last until at least the end of 2026.
- Removal of old cables and pipes
- Construction of a sewage sewer and relocation of the rainwater sewer.
All businesses will remain accessible during this work. Traffic will be diverted locally. Below and here you can find the diversion that will be in place during the work.
The crossing to the UT and the bus stop will remain, but you will have to walk/cycle via the Palatijn.
