Thanks to the efforts of the Talent committee within VONK (Vereniging Vastgoed en Ondernemers Kennispark) and the need that emerged from various companies at Kennispark, the Talent Center Twente was launched as of 1-1-2024. Talent Center Twente is a partnership between companies for visible and attractive employment. Working together with the aim of being visible for new personnel, but also working together to retain personnel.

Working on being a visible and attractive employer
Companies become members of Talent Center Twente and act together in setting up, directing and sharing knowledge in the program.
The cooperation will have its own counter (job seekers can report and will be helped and referred), organizes demand-driven activities from the companies (think of introduction evenings, internship hubs, lunches for students, etc).

Over the next two weeks, companies at Kennispark will be approached by WIMM to gauge whether they want to participate in Talent Center Twente. On the website of Talent Center Twente you will find brief information. Together we will further develop the platform based on needs and wishes of participating companies.
Implementation by WIMM
From a social perspective, WIMM is committed to the themes of talent retention and development. From this perspective, WIMM facilitates several partnerships of companies (Werken in Nijverdal, Ontdek Industrie Rijssen, Maak het in Twente). In this, WIMM has the role of career advisor in the joint counter, contact point for all parties and organizer of joint activities.
